Who do you know with beautiful home tour and community videos?
Who’s taking the time to update their sphere with unique consumer education?
Who’s got the best video email communication strategy?
In 2017, we created a first-of-its-kind ranking that honored 80 professionals in the real estate industry. The Real Estate Video Influencers was a major success where our winners were able to collaborate and educate. In 2018 we once again launched this guide as well as the Mortgage Video Influencers Guide. This year we decided to shake things up and combine both Real Estate and Mortgage into one guide. Alongside the Team at Tom Ferry, We’re planning to do the same deep research now in 2019, a top video influencer ranking in 5 categories, and valuable education.
And you can inform the process!
In order to deliver tips and best practices from the people best using video to grow their real estate or mortgage businesses, we want your nomination. BombBomb National Speaker, Alicia Berruti, describes our process in the video below.
Right now: Nominate a real estate or mortgage video influencer – click right here.
Nominations close Tuesday, August 6, 2019.
Then: Stay tuned as we embark on this study. The research, rankings, and best practices will be rolled out this fall.
Goal: To celebrate and educate on the top ways real estate and mortgage professionals are using video to grow their businesses – to recognize individuals and their achievements.
The 5 categories in which you can nominate someone:
- Listing Videos / Home Tours
- Community Videos / Neighborhood Tours
- Consumer Education
- BombBomb Videos (email & text)
- All Around (two or more of these categories)
How we’ll manage nominations and create influencer lists:
The primary goals of this project are to celebrate and educate. The latter will come naturally. The former, however, demands art and science. Celebrating the best by ranking professionals in 5 video categories requires research and editing.
The judging process for the final rankings will factor in:
– The initial notes from the person nominating
– The quantity and consistency of video use
– The effectiveness of communication in video
– The creativity shown and differentiation created in video
– And, in some categories, the production quality of videos
We’ll employ an art/science blend of objective scoring and subjective “know it when we see it” to create the final lists.
Yes, you can nominate yourself. We’re looking for great people, great videos, and great insights to share – including yours!
Yes, you can share this with everyone in your network. The more, the merrier. Copy and paste the address of this post or send people to REVideoInfluencers.com.
Make sure to include the most relevant links in your nominations so we can see the nominee’s best videos.
We’ll be producing a variety of educational materials like PDFs, webinars, and blog posts based on the material we collect.
Thanks so much for your interest in this project! We’re excited about it and hope you are, too.
