The BombCom – Our Office Mockumentary

This past summer, the BombBomb Headquarters in Colorado Springs were completely renovated to make room for future hires after major company growth. BombBomb began renovations in late July and completed the project in early September. The new space dampens sound and provides more collaborative work areas. Each employee was given a new desk setup that enables them to sit or stand throughout the day. The game room was kept in play with foosball and ping pong setups near the café. And the tap system was enhanced to make room for additional beverages including craft beer, ciders, and wine. So what better way to showcase our new digs than create an Office Style Mockumentary?

Before the renovation, our People Director, Lindsey, thought of the idea to create a “mockumentary” style video of what our life was like in the office before the renovation. While the idea seemed fun and exciting, we had no idea how it would take shape, or how our employees would act when placed in the situation.

Let’s just say we had WAY too much fun with this project. The employees who participated absolutely excelled as actors and created characters and personas that will forever live on at the BombBomb Headquarters. We were even able to bring on Michael Thorne and Jesse Peters, to help us wrap up the series in the perfect way.

Myself, and our Visual Storyteller, Matt Mead, were so proud to make this mockumentary series a reality, and we enjoyed the project thoroughly. We’d love for you to let us know what you think!
