In 2017, we created a first-of-its-kind ranking that honored 80 professionals in the real estate industry. The Real Estate Video Influencers was a major success where our winners were able to collaborate and educate.  Alongside the Team at Tom Ferry, We’re planning to do the same deep research now in 2018, a top video influencer ranking in 5 categories, and valuable education.

And you can inform the process!

 

In order to deliver tips and best practices from the people best using video to grow their real estate businesses, we want your nomination. BombBomb VP of Marketing, Ethan Beute, describes our process in the video below.

Goal: To celebrate and educate on the top ways real estate professionals are using video to grow their businesses – to recognize individuals and their achievements

 

Real Estate Video Influencers

The 5 categories in which you can nominate someone:

  • Listing Videos / Home Tours
  • Community Videos / Neighborhood Tours
  • Social Media Videos (FB, Insta, Snap, YouTube, etc)
  • BombBomb Videos (email & text)
  • All Around (two or more of these categories)

How we’ll manage nominations and create influencer lists:

The primary goals of this project are to celebrate and educate. The latter will come naturally. The former, however, demands art and science. Celebrating the best by ranking real estate professionals in 5 video categories requires research and editing.

The judging process for the final rankings will factor in:
– The initial notes from the person nominating
– The quantity and consistency of video use
– The effectiveness of communication in video
– The creativity shown and differentiation created in video
– And, in some categories, the production quality of videos

We’ll employ an art/science blend of objective scoring and subjective “know it when we see it” to create the final lists.
