Specific Ways Chuck’s Improving His Customer Communication
“Communication with clients is more fun because doing video is just more fun.”
Chuck records and sends video in his office, at homes for sale, around town, and anywhere else he’d like. And it’s often faster than typing the message out as text.
Critical here is that sales involves the transfer of emotion – and video captures human emotion far better than any traditional email, text message, or even voicemail. If you’re having fun, prospects and clients can feel it.

SMARTER FOLLOW UP
“The emails you send are trackable.”
Chuck knows who’s interacting, when they’re interacting, and how they’re interacting with his messages.
He’s confessed that sometimes he sends from BombBomb without a video sometimes just so he can track document clicks.
Tracking allows him to follow up based on those details and “make a phone call at the right moment.”
Video messages are “more personal” than the customer communication he was sending before BombBomb.
He sends quick videos after meeting someone at an open house or talking on the phone with someone for the first time.
Chuck also sends personal “thank you” videos as a warmer, more personal touch.
Chuck also explains things better now than he did in the past. Video allows him to use more visual aids on the screen, like showing exactly where to sign a contract.
He’s also explaining things with his “Heads Up” video emails to his database. In these, Chuck covers all kinds of local topics, real estate topics, and lifestyle topics.

Specific Way He’s Helping Customers
“One thing that I do a lot of in my business of real estate sales” is show properties to clients who can’t be there in person, explains Chuck in the video embedded at the top of this post.
“The buyers lots of times are out of town and they want to see a property.”
If Chuck thinks that property will work for them, he uses the BombBomb app and walk and talk the property for them. They can see the listing immediately.
Contrast that with life before BombBomb: Chuck would shoot the property with a video camera, put the tape in the mail, then send it to them.
“That’s been huge for me. It’s a great service for the client. They’re amazed it can be done. And it’s very effective in acquainting them with properties that I know are going to be good for them. Then, they come up, take a personal look at them, and go from there.”
